Supt. Vicente Cabatingan, Bacoor City chief of police, identified the arrested suspects as Jayson Pacleta Reyes, 31 and Gerry Nugid Tulipas, 28, both residents of La Huerta, Paranaque City.
The two suspects were spotted around 3:40 p.m. Wednesday by Bantay Dagat operatives Maximo Cabanag Cadavis Jr. and Melchor Escario Daigo who decided to make a citizen’s arrest. They later turned over the suspects to police authorities.
