92.7 KILOS OF COCAINE SMUGGLED IN EASTERN SEABOARD
Around 92.7 kilos of cocaine with estimated value of more or less 500 Million Pesos have been smuggled in eastern seaboard of the Philippines, Senior Supt. Bernard Banac confirmed on Tuesday.
The spokesman of the Philippine National Police (PNP) said these illegal drugs were recovered in Region 4A (CALABARZON), Region 5 (Bicol Region) and Region 13 (Caraga Region).
PNP is expecting more block of cocaine will enter the country particularly Region 8 in the Provinces of Samar and Leyte. The authorities are continuously scouting the eastern seaboard due the events.
According to their investigation the contraband came from international drug syndicates which the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) confirmed earlier.
Banac, encouraged the public to report any suspicious activity in their area to the Police.
