All members of the group must come from the same school.

Participants must fill in the registration forms available at the Bacolaodiat Festival office, with attached copy of the design with proper materials, measurement, and details, endorsement letter from the school of the school or the certification that members are enrolled, photocopy of valid school ID with photo.

All entries must have a minimum length of 6 feet, minimum height of 6 feet and a base proportioned to desired specifications, but the base must have a minimum height of 2 feet.

Lanterns should be well- lighted, weather-proof, and can stand extreme weather conditions as these will be displayed outdoors.

There will be a financial assistance of P5,000 to be given to the first eight (8) participants who can submit to the Bacoloadiat Fedtival office the complete registration and required attachments on or before the deadline on January 19 at 6 p.m.
