BTAO GETS SEVEN NEW MOTORCYCLES

Mayor Evelio Leonardia turned over seven brand-new units of Kawasaki motorcycles, amounting to about P1 million, to Bacolod Traffic Authority Office (BTAO), at rites at the Bacolod City Government Center grounds on March 4, 2019.

 

Councilor Cindy Rojas and Executive Assistant Celestino Guara Jr. assisted Leonardia, while receiving the motorcycles was

BTAO head Supt. Luisito Acebuche, who was accompanied by his seven traffic enforcers who will use the units.

 

Acebuche said the seven new motorcycles will add to their current 19 motorcycles, and these will help a lot in improving the traffic system in Bacolod.

 

He said that with the increase of the number of their motorcycles, they can now respond faster in cases of traffic accidents, congestions, and illegal parking. (CITY PIO)
