MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Pacific’s flights between Philippines and Hong Kong are back to normal operations.
“Our operations between Manila and Hong Kong and between Clark and Hong Kong are normal so far,” Cebu Pacific Air Corporate Communications Director Charo Lagamon said.
On Thursday, the local airline cancelled two flights from Clark to Hong Kong and another two flights coming from Manila were delayed due to bad weather conditions in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong authorities allegedly limited the arriving flights because of bad weather and lack of aircraft parking space.
Cebu Pacific provided the passengers with meals and refreshments.
For those whose flights were cancelled were given options to refund, rebook, or reroute their flights. They were also transported back to Manila to get a Manila-Hong Kong flight instead.
