CITY SCHOOL OFFERS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES



The Technical Institute of Iloilo City (TIIC) Molo Campus is offering free skills trainings to 50 residents for Carpentry NC II, Masonry NC II, and Construction Painting NC II.

The technical-vocational courses are open to senior high school graduates, college undergraduates, or Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduates, city residents who are 18 to 45 years old and have not undergone any NC III or above trainings.

Successful applicants will undergo the three trainings which will start right after the City Government and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

A total of 50 scholars divided into two batches will be given P5,000 book allowance for each course and P160 daily training allowance for each course.

The daily sessions will last for 60 days for Masonry NC II, and 41 days for Carpentry NC II and Construction Painting NC II.
