MAYOR Joselito Malabor confers with Senior Inspector Roger Pama on the security concerns for the upcoming activities in the town such as the medical mission on March 17, 2019 and the Hugpong ng Pagbabago rally on March 25.

BACOLOD CITY – Mayor Joselito Malabor of Isabela, Negros Occidental said on March 11, 2019 that the town will host the grand rally of the Hugpong ng Pagbabago led by Davao City Mayor and presidential daughter Sara Duterte on March 25, 2019 at 8 a.m.

Malabor said presumptive vice governor and former congressman Jeffrey Ferrer talked to him about the preparations for the event.

He also said that he is happy that the huge gathering will be hosted by Isabela as requested by House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo whose husband Atty. Mike Arroyo is from the province.

Malabor said the grand rally will cover the 4th, 5th and 6th districts.

The estimated crowd will be 10,000 to 20,000.

Malabor also met with the town’s police chief, Senior Inspector Roger Pama, for the security preparations.

Expected to arrive for the grand rally are the PDP-Laban senatorial bets and guest candidates.
